Data, purposes and legal bases
We collect your name, email and message directly from you to answer your request and prepare the services you ask for. These fields are required to process the form. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); other enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). The checkbox acknowledges this notice and does not authorise marketing. Please avoid sensitive data or information about other people.
Operation and security
The host receives the technical connection data needed to run the site, including IP addresses and request information, and keeps it in server logs according to its own policies. The form is protected by a hidden anti-spam field. This relies on our legitimate interest in securing and operating the service. The site does not store messages in a database: the form content is turned into an email and sent to the agency mailbox. We do not carry out automated decisions with legal effects or advertising profiling.
Recipients and providers
Authorised agency staff and technical service providers may access data as needed for their duties. Aruba S.p.A. hosts the site and provides the email service through which the message is delivered to the agency mailbox, acting as data processor. No automatic confirmation email is sent. This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or trigger automated marketing.
Retention
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle and follow up the request. If services are booked, relevant data becomes part of the client file and is kept according to contractual, accounting and legal defence requirements. Once follow-up ends, unnecessary data is deleted; records needed for a legal obligation or dispute are archived with restricted access for the relevant period. This also covers mailbox copies and backups according to their rotation cycle.
International processing
Aruba S.p.A. is an Italian company that runs the site and the email service on infrastructure located in Italy. Submitting the form does not involve transferring data to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. Depending on the legal basis and applicable conditions, you may also have data portability rights and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
